After you have paid your booking, you wish to cancel, then you may do so up to a month before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation cost.

Peak Season (20 Dec to 15 Jan)

If your booking is in Peak Season, which runs from Dec 20 - Jan 15, then we require 2 months notice.(a cancellation fee of 10% still applies)

High Season (1st Nov to 19 Dec & 16 Jan to 30 Apr)

If your booking is in High Season, which runs from Nov 01 - April 30, then we require 1 months notice.(a cancellation fee of 10% still applies)

Low Season

If your booking is in Low Season then we only require two weeks cancellation notice (a cancellation fee of 10% still applies).

Remark: If you do not cancel within the required time limit we may be unable to provide you with a refund.
